andBeyond Botswana team recently participated in the 2024 Leadership Conference. 13 dedicated members from andBeyond Botswana actively participated in the enriching event held from May 13 – 17 at Arcadia Park in Houghton Johannesburg. Hailing from three distinct continents – Africa, Asia, and South America, the 163 participants in attendance from andBeyond shared their impactful stories and delved into the visionary Impact Goals set for the year 2030.

The conference served as a unique platform for ‘andBeyonders’ to reconnect and reignite their shared passion for conservation and community empowerment. With the last gathering held in 2008, the reunion sparked nostalgia and excitement, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among the diverse group of attendees.

Among the highlights of the event were the discussions surrounding andBeyond’s upcoming projects, including the much-anticipated launch of the first yacht in the Galapagos Islands. The team also eagerly anticipated the expansion initiatives in Kenya and Rwanda, which promise to further extend andBeyond’s footprint in conservation and luxury travel experiences.
